At Gotta Get Geek, we put a lot of care into every t-shirt and collectible we send out. Because of the nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If something goes wrong because of our mistake like a damaged item or an order shipped incorrectly we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping if warranted.
